Thanks to simple chemistry and natural biomimicry, researchers have managed to strengthen cellulose and open the door to new industrial applications. From scientific rigor to entrepreneurial agility, there was only one step… and FunCell took it, turning this bio-based material into tangible applications.

With BioWet®, the start-up now offers an additive with unmatched performances for both dry and wet strength. Laboratory tests, demonstrations, prototypes, and first productions—step by step, the idea becomes a product. And soon, industrialization will follow, supported by increasingly efficient pilot production lines.
