For trial services carried out in its own laboratories, our Research Centre imposes itself a quality objective in order to provide responses to several major issues:

• Meet customers’ needs and reinforce the sustainable competitiveness of their businesses, in particular in terms of regulations in the fields of quality control of raw materials and paper and board products.
• Provide our customers with unquestionable quality trial services. The trial results are of paramount importance in their strive for improving their paper & board manufacturing or converting processes, and thus, for enhancing the quality of their products. So, they expect from us an effort in the field of quality as much as equivalent to the one they provide to their own customers.
• Perpetuate the image of independence, rigor and impartiality of our activities to comfort our state-approved mission at the service of the industrial world. 
• Offer to companies our know-how stemming from research innovations and propose well-tried technical solutions.
• Improve our responsiveness and our high-performance with the support of our quality system and the organisation it implies.

Therefore, CTP, through its quality approach, involves itself in:

• Offering a permanent dialogue with its customers while ensuring the availability of a technical interlocutor before, during and after the trial, and checking their assessment after each service,

With this aim in view, CTP compels itself in implementing a whole set of technical and organizational prescriptions to ensure the quality of its trial services within the framework of the accreditation of its Laboratories according to the ISO 17025 referential.
