CTP has continuously enhanced / expanded scientific and technological competence for over 50 years by developing a network of partnerships and alliances able to react to the present and future needs of the paper industries...

  • National, university and private research institutes in Europe, Asia and America.
  • National and International Competitivity Clusters: CTP participates in labelled projects related to it's areas of expertise.
  • Fundator Member of the Institut Carnot PolyNat with CERMAV-CNRS, the LGP2 of Grenoble INP-Pagora, the laboratories of Rheology and 3SR.
  • InTechFibres: a partnership of specialised research laboratories for fundamental to applied research in fields spanning seedlings and clones to end uses for cellulose, wood and derivatives, including paper, furniture and construction.
  • TekLiCell: a technology platform for expertise and new research directions associates CTP with the (26) specialised laboratories of the Grenoble University Engineering Schools (INP)1.
  • Techpap: CTP's subsidiary which markets the sensors and measuring instruments developed through CTP research.
  • CTI network2: France's Technical Industrial Centres (CTIs), each responsible for its own industry, (as CTP is for paper), compose a unique capital of more than 4 500 highly qualified experts in research and its application as well as a structure for evaluations and trials.
  • Continuous Education network: five partners grouped around the French organisation called, IRFIP3, offer training in machine operations to applied scientific research.
